Job Requirements: High School diploma or Associates Degree in a Human Service field required, six (6) months to one year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be proficient in the operation of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, fax, etc.   

Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for providing support to the Executive Director. Keeps the required official records, documents, contracts, Manages Executive Director's calendar and schedules appointments.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical functions for the Executive Director as well as other general office duties as assigned.

Performance and Professionalism

  • Maintains professional presence when representing Ingleside at Rock Creek; exhibits degree of professionalism consistent with standards in performance, behavior, and appearance.

Professional Development

  • Demonstrates professional development/skills competency in all activities.

Safety & Security

  • Complies with Ingleside at Rock Creek's established safety rules and practices.
